Matthew Lapointe wanted to create a community-focused, competitive team rooted in place that could grow and evolve for years to come. Previously racing for Sunapee racing team the past few years, Matt wanted to create a multi-discipline team of his own.

Seacoast Racing competes in road, gravel, cyclocross, and mountain bike events throughout New England and beyond. We hope to grow the sport locally while offering visibility and value to our sponsors.

The big dream? To build a regionally dominant amateur team that attracts high-performing athletes and evolves into a semi-professional program capable of competing on the North American professional circuit. The team aims to become a developmental pathway for riders advancing through USA Cycling categories or joining UCI continental teams.
